Director’s Desk – A Message from Founder Director Vikas Singh

Hello Everyone,

As I sit down to write this message, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for the journey that has brought us to Outplay Sports Foundation. To me, life has always been a celebration – a celebration of friendship, of dreams, and of the positive changes we can bring to society together. This foundation is not just an organization; it’s a family born out of a shared vision and an unwavering bond.

My journey here may seem unconventional to some. Coming from a science background in a circle of friends largely from commerce, I initially felt like I was stepping out of my comfort zone. But in truth, my decision to co-found Outplay Sports Foundation with my closest friends from Thakur College was driven by something deeper than academic streams or professional paths. It was driven by our collective dream – a dream to create positive change, to encourage wellness, and to support young talents as they grow into tomorrow’s champions.

While my career took a turn towards financial solutions and compliance, co-founding All is Well Solutions, a financial services company, with a partner who also shares a science background, I found a way to blend my skills with my passion. Through All is Well Solutions, we provide financial, tax, and compliance support to Outplay Sports Foundation, ensuring that our operations are seamless, responsible, and compliant. This foundation may be about sports, but behind the scenes, every aspect is taken care of with the same dedication and precision I learned in the science stream.

Outplay Sports Foundation is more than just a venture for me; it’s a platform where my friends and I can contribute to society by inspiring young athletes and promoting health and wellness. Together, we aim to create Olympians, nurture young talent from an early age, and instill values of fitness and discipline in the lives of young people. We want to make a difference, and we want to do it as a family, united by a shared passion and a commitment to positive change.

For me, wellness isn’t just physical – it’s mental and emotional, too. My Vipassana meditation journey has taught me the importance of inner peace and self-awareness. These values resonate deeply with what we aim to achieve at Outplay Sports Foundation. Through sports, we want every child to experience not just physical fitness but also the joy, discipline, and mindfulness that come with it.

Outplay Sports Foundation was built on the belief that sports can be a powerful tool for change. With every initiative we launch, with every young person we inspire, we’re working toward a future where every child, regardless of their background, has the chance to dream big, work hard, and succeed. We envision a community where young talents are nurtured from an early age, encouraged to live healthy and active lives, and empowered to achieve greatness.
