Outplay Sports Foundation presents the Boxing Talent Hunt — a strategic CSR initiative aimed at identifying, nurturing, and training young boxing talent across socio-economically underprivileged communities in Mumbai and Palghar districts. Through structured fitness testing, grassroots outreach, and performance-based training, we aim to build district and state-level teams from the ground up — transforming sports dreams into reality.
2. 🔍 Objectives
To scout promising young boxers (both boys and girls) in the Sub-Junior, Junior, Youth, and Senior categories.
To offer free training and equipment to deserving athletes.
To build a pipeline of boxers capable of representing schools, districts, states, and national levels.
To create a sustainable boxing ecosystem powered by CSR and supported by education partners.

Phase 2: Training & Team Building
Training at Outplay Sports Training Centre – Kandivali (Mon–Sat, 6 days a week).
Free access to:
Certified boxing coaches
Strength & conditioning trainers
Boxing equipment (gloves, headgear, kits)
Competition exposure
Team Division:
Team A: Beginners (6th–8th std)
Team B: Intermediate
Team C: Advanced/District-level
Team D: Elite/Senior/National prospects
Phase 3: Competitive Development
Entry in DSO, District, and State Boxing Tournaments
School and inter-school team registration
