Olympic Boxing Gender Parity: Since 2012, women’s boxing has been included in the Olympics — but India has yet to field a full roster in all available women’s categories.
2️⃣ Grassroots Sports Inequality (CSR Hook)
Access to Equipment: 8 out of 10 young boxers in rural India train without standard gloves or punching bags due to cost barriers.

School Sports Dropout: Nearly 50% of girls drop out of sports after age 14 due to lack of facilities, family support, or safe training environments.
Female Participation Disparity: Only 12% of registered boxing athletes in India are female — compared to 45%+ in countries like USA & UK.
3️⃣ Health & Social Impact Data (Empathy Factor)

5️⃣ “Did You Know?” CSR Eye-Openers (Quick Impact Sidebar)
A single ₹3,000 boxing kit can give a rural athlete 3+ years of active competitive training.
An elite boxing ring costs less than a mid-size billboard ad but can serve 5,000+ athletes over its lifespan.
₹1 lakh invested in grassroots boxing can impact 40+ young athletes for a full season.
In 2022, India’s youngest national boxing gold medalist was only 11 years old — proving talent starts early if nurtured.
