π― 90. Mission Alignment & Ethical Sponsorship
Outplay does not accept sponsorship from companies involved in tobacco, gambling, or unethical products.
All brand collaborations must align with the NGOβs mission of youth development, health, heritage, and environment.
Promotional content or kits with conflicting values will not be distributed.
π§Ύ 91. Media Recognition & Award Nominations
Outplay reserves the right to nominate athletes, coaches, or teams for awards or recognitions.
Media mentions or features must reflect authentic achievements and be pre-approved if involving Outplay branding.
Any award nomination done independently under Outplayβs name must be disclosed to management.
π’ 92. Institutional Training & Licensing
Any school, college, or community requesting Outplay training services must:
Provide safe, clean, and accessible training space
Sign a formal letter of understanding or MoU
Coordinate timings with Outplay faculty
Outplay-certified modules or camps cannot be replicated without permission.
π 93. Program Closure, Completion & Exit Protocol
Upon completion of a program, members will receive:
Participation record (if applicable)
Feedback form
Next step suggestions (competition batch, alumni club, etc.)
Members exiting permanently are expected to clear dues and formally notify the administration.
π· 94. Code of Conduct for Visitors & Guests
All visitors (parents, journalists, guests) must report to the front desk or coach-in-charge.
Entering training zones or interacting with athletes during sessions is prohibited unless authorized.
Photography or video by guests requires written consent.
π¬ 95. Online Reviews & Feedback Ethics
Members are encouraged to share feedback through proper channels.
Defamatory or fake reviews posted on public platforms without attempting internal resolution may result in legal action.
Honest feedback helps Outplay improve β all concerns are taken seriously.
π§ββοΈ 96. Medical Disclosures & Emergency Contacts
Members with medical conditions (e.g., asthma, epilepsy, injuries) must inform the coach during registration.
Emergency contacts must be reachable during training hours.
Failing to disclose a medical condition waives Outplay’s liability in case of incident.
π 97. Digital Security & Online Resource Access
All members must use official credentials (if provided) to access private training videos, forms, or curriculum portals.
Downloading, sharing, or misusing proprietary content is a violation of digital conduct policy.
Outplay reserves the right to revoke digital access if misuse is detected.
π§ 98. Inclusion of Wellness & Mental Health Workshops
Outplay may offer optional sessions on yoga, stress relief, sports psychology, or nutrition.
These are designed to complement athletic growth and are open to all members, regardless of skill level.
Members are encouraged to participate and offer feedback on such modules.
π 99. Legacy & Mentorship Programs
Long-term members (over 1 year) may be invited to:
Mentor younger batches
Represent Outplay in outreach initiatives
Participate in planning for events and treks
These roles are honorary and voluntary, but subject to behavior and performance review.
π 100. Final Terms Acceptance Clause
By registering with Outplay Sports Foundation or attending any of its programs, the member (or guardian) agrees to comply with all rules listed in the official Terms & Conditions.
Any ambiguity will be resolved as per the interpretation of the Governing Board.
Continued participation indicates full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
